Service Description

WebSites in 4 Days provides professional website design and development services. We deliver a completed, live website within 4 business days from the time we receive all required content and assets from the client. Our service includes design, development, hosting setup, and deployment.

Payment Terms

• A one-time setup fee is due before work begins.
• A monthly maintenance and hosting fee is billed automatically to the payment method on file.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Clients may cancel the monthly plan at any time with no long-term contract.

What's Included

Revision Policy

We include 2 rounds of revisions with every project. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revision rounds may be available at an extra charge. Major scope changes after project approval may require a new agreement.

Portfolio Rights

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Limitation of Liability

WebSites in 4 Days is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
